It has recently come to my attention that Youtube seems to be in the practice of aiding and abetting false copyright infringement claims from bogus users with bogus and unverified email addresses posing as Viacom reps or other false agents. I have also fallen prey to this practice as two of my ORIGINAL videos were flagged and subsequently instantly blocked by youtube.

I cannot believe I have to write this article but it has come to this. Ever since Google bought youtube I gained more respect for the site simply because of the enormous respect I have for Google in general. I mean hey if Google bought you then you must be doing something right... right?

It appears that youtube seems to be the exception to the rule. Since I was falsely flagged for copyright infringement I have done the investigation and found that youtube has a broken system and does not appear to be willing to do anything to fix it. It even seems as if they are refusing to fix it. The system I am referring to is YouTube's DMCA CopyRight Infringemnet Complaint System. I look suspiciously at this feature now. I am beginning to think this may be another one of those false, warm, fuzzy, makes you feel safe tools that was put in place with only nefarious uses intened (secretly). What I am getting at is that this tool may very well have been installed for the sole purpose of censorship.

Think about it if youtube has been ordered by some agency to start performing censorship, what a better way for them to do so and completely pretend they have nothing to do with the false DMCA claims. If you research the false claims yourself, you will begin to see that only really well presented information that speaks volumes of truth is contantly being censored on youtube. This tool is also a great way for criminal minded users to enact revenge on anyone on youtube they have a quarrels with or dislike.

All anyone has to do is drum up a fake email address, false mailing address, and a fake telephone number then go file the fake DMCA claim against their enemy. Youtube immediately disables the content from the unverifiable user and WHALA you have safe, free, anonymous, instant Cencosrship. What a briliant way for any organization to stifle the truth they don't want the world to hear.

There has been a rash of this lately in the Science and Technology section on youtube with regard to the subject of UFOs and UFOlogy. I have witnessed this criminal behavior first hand and even fallen victim to it myself.

Here is the set of videos I made to protest against this travesty of justice when I saw a fellow youtuber suffer the suspension and eventual loss of her channel and all her hard work:

I have also sent several messages to youtube in other ways. One way I could think to get their attention directly was to post details of my situation on their youtube user channel page http://www.youtube.com/youtube needless to say channel comments were disabled as one might expect. OK no problem so then I sent them messages via the internal youtube inmail system. Here they are below:

The video posts of the user infringing on my copyright are still available. I would like to know why. How long does it take. I have the video evidence right here In my Camera On my Desk ON VIDEO TAPE not digital. It appears the Youtube is only honoring these claims selectively. I can prove the use of my content. Two claims were filed against my ORGINAL content and the videos were disabled immediately. These claims are false but you disabled my content immdeiately. Even so, the claim to my content could only be made by the REAL Alison KRUSE (Note the K as opposed to the C) and only to one of my video posts. I am calling you out Youtube! If I did I would be just as guilty as they. They claim to be UFOLOGISTS but in all reality they are just lackluster trolls who get a kick out of bullying other people. So I figured why not just expose these childish thugs for who they are and let the public decide.

The videos are still available. WHY YOUTUBE WHY??? When will you honor my claim. I have the footage ON MAGNETIVC TAPE. I am getting tired of waiting with no answers. Issue the take down notice immediately! Do not selectively honor only the false DMCA claims youtube!!!!! ACT RESPONSIBLY NOW!!

It amazes me that you could be so biased. you will immediately aid and abet criminbal behavor but you won't stand up for truth! Instanly disabling video on a false claim from a fake VIACOM request with unverified email address! BUSTED Real DMCA complaint from a real copyright infringement (MY DMCA COMPLAINTS) you ignore as if you are above the law BUSTED! I am losing respect for youtube and I expect Google to look into this immediately . I am now taking this to the next level. HONOR YOUR CLAIMS AND RESPONSIBILITIES YOUTUBE STOP ACTING LIKE CRIMINAL COWARDS!!!

As you can see the situation is escalating and I am growing impatient at being largely ignored by the very people who have tauted how they are so against false claims and and these types of abuse. They even go so far as to paint a picture of safety for you (a quote from the community guidlines regarding your original content -- "If it’s all yours you never have to worry about copyright") Well youtube, its all my own content and you have censored it ANYWAY!!!.

I challenge you to call youtube on the carpet. If your content has been attacked by the censors and disabled or blocked by the broken system at youtube then leave your comments here. Soon enough there will be enough voices to join together and launch the largest class action law suit for negligence in history.

Youtube needs to stop aiding and abetting criminals and start defending its faithful user base. After all youtube wouldn't be youtube without... YOU.

Listen up youtube there are many other social video sites out there that would JUST LOVE to adopt your traffic and I am sure they will have no problem accomodating them either...
