Do Feminist Lawyers really help children and Families?

It seems that the feminist special interest legal lobbyists paint a really positive picture of feminist lawyers. They make them appear as the "Champions of Battered Mother's and abused Children". What they don't tell you about is the fact that they base their statistical data on false information. One such organization, ABA Commission on Domestic Violence, has published a paper that is touted as helping "victims" of domestic violence dispel the myths surrounding custody and domestic violence issues, yet this published paper is profoundly biased and misleading. Feminist lawyers seem to hold to this agenda very tightly and will resort to some very seedy tactics in order to position themselves in the best possible light in front of a Judge, even to the detriment of their own clients. One such "Feminist Lawyer", Christine Pfau Laney, seems to follow this plan very closely, even going so far as to try to make Herself appear as a victim, as per my own experience, she has regarded me calling her office to ask her if she would sign for legal documents I had to serve on her as abusive. OK... Go figure. I guess it is offensive to ask someone to accept responsibility, who knew? I mean she is the opposing counsel in my case, so why would she not want to accept the Court Orders? It was merely a stall tactic. I served her by Certified Mail instead and she got the legal papers well ahead of the prescribed dead-line anyway, so her stall tactic failed... [More]

Will the World End in 2012?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Does anyone with any sense at all really believe that any man or woman can or will ever be able to predict the end of the world? Is December 21, 2012 really even a remotely plausible theory? My answer to all these "End of the World" theories is simple. For most Christains it should be similarly as simple. For I suggest to you that there is not one man, woman, or child, alive today, in the past, or in the future, that has or will EVER know. Why do I believe this? Again, its very simple:The Bible, which we all know to be the cannon of truth (even those who declare it is not), tells us the plain and simple truth and yet, many simply choose to ignore it. Let's see what the Bible says. - The King James Bible "Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh". Need a more modern look at this verse? Let's check with The Message "So stay alert. You have no idea when he might arrive".This is a part of the answer that Jesus gave to his Disciples when they said to Jesus; "Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?" This is part of that conversation as it was written in the bible, shown here from The Message translation:{Mathew 24:1-36}1. Jesus then left the Temple. As he walked away, his disciples pointed out how very impressive the Temple architecture was. 2. Jesus said, "You're not impressed by all this ... [More]
